Orders are sent out within 24
hours of receipt. Most orders are sent out much
sooner.
Common
Problems:

My
email ends up in your spam, bulk or other discard
folder. Please make sure that I am on your
approved sender list (ann@jerichodesigns.com)
-
The
email address at Paypal is an email address that you
nolonger use or has become inactive. Please go
to Paypal and correct your email address. You
will need to notify me to resend your order.

Your
mailbox does not have enough space to accept the new
email with designs. You will need to delete
unwanted or old emails to free up space.

Your
email cannot receive an email with a large
attachment. Let me know and I will break up
the designs into smaller emails or provide you with
a download area.

You
require approving email addresses before you receive
email from the sender. Make sure you add
ann@jerichodesigns.com to your approved senders
list.
Please contact me if you have
tried to fix any of the above items so that I may resend
your designs. If you are still having a problem,
contact me and we will work on an alternative solution.
